Layout construction method of hot melt marking line (2)

It is suggested that glass bead No. 1 should be used as surface glass bead to increase the intensity of the marking line and maintain the reflective effect of the marking line at night. The following illustrations are given:

The number of glass beads sinking to the bottom of the marking line increases, the content of glass beads in the marking line is increased, the strength of the marking line is increased, the softening phenomenon caused by the rising temperature of the marking line in summer is reduced, and the wear resistance effect is improved. At the same time, the glass bead content increases, although the timely reflective effect is not as good as the use of No. 2 glass bead, but through the wear of vehicle tires, the night reflective effect can be improved, and can be maintained for a longer time.

In the actual construction, the situation may be more complex, we need specific analysis in the construction, can use No. 1 and No. 2 glass beads proportionally mixed, in order to achieve the best use effect.

The choice of primer should be determined according to the form of road surface. Cement concrete pavement and asphalt concrete pavement should choose the matching type, and the matching products provided by the marking paint manufacturer must be used.

The amount of coating is generally 150-200 g/m2 according to the form of pavement.

In addition to meeting the requirements of JT/T 280-2004 Pavement Marking Coatings, the selection of the above materials should be adjusted according to the actual situation.

Appearance identification:



1. Polluted pavement in marking construction should be cleaned up in time. Each pollution area does not exceed 1000 mm2. If it does not meet the requirements, it will be reduced by 1 point.



2. Marking alignment should be smooth and coordinated with road alignment. Curves should be smooth and no broken lines should be allowed. If it does not meet the requirements, 2 points will be deducted from each place.



3. Reflective marking glass beads should be evenly stripped, firmly adhered and uniformly reflected. If it does not meet the requirements, 2 points will be deducted from each place.



4. There should be no net cracks, fracture cracks and foaming phenomena on the marking surface. If it does not meet the requirements, one point will be deducted from each place.



(3) Problems and solutions in construction



There are many problems and causes in the construction of hot melt marking line, and solutions are put forward mainly for the construction technology.

VIII. Safety Measures



(1) Establish a safety management system under the leadership of the project manager.



(2) Strictly implement the safety production policy of "safety first, prevention first"; adhere to the principle of prevention first, combining prevention with management; and strengthen the prediction of pre-control. (3) Setting up full-time security personnel.



(4) Adhering to the principle that production must be controlled by safety. Carefully implement the five simultaneous principles, that is, planning, layout, inspection, summary and evaluation of production tasks, while planning, layout, inspection, summary and evaluation of safety work. (5) Summarizing safety work and safety measures is one of the main contents of the regular working meetings.



(6) Before starting construction, all the participants must be organized to conduct a comprehensive and systematic safety education. Strengthen the safety consciousness of the whole staff and improve their self-prevention ability. There are four or three requirements for the whole staff: planning, layout, inspection and assessment; no routine, no formality, no dead ends.



(7) Strictly speaking, three "100 per cent" management should be carried out over the incidents, namely, 100 per cent registration, 100 per cent notification and 100 per cent elimination. Form the atmosphere of everyone abiding by the rules and regulations, and create a good safe construction environment.



(8) Pay attention to strengthening the safety protection in construction. When entering the construction area, construction signs should be set up according to the specifications, and construction should be carried out.



Personnel wear sign clothes; construction personnel go on duty after safety education; obvious safety signs are set on the equipment; sufficient safety signs are set in the construction area according to the actual situation; smoking is prohibited in the construction area; operators strictly construct in the operation area; equip enough fire extinguishing equipment; strictly operate in accordance with the construction technology. Operating machinery in strict accordance with the operating rules of machinery and equipment.
